Company Registration Steps

1. Reserve company name with the Department of Business Development (DBD)
2. Draft Memorandum of Association stating objectives and capital

4. File registration — certificate issued within 1–3 business days
5. Register for VAT if annual revenue exceeds 1.8M THB
